Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions are for medication which the Doctor
has agreed may be repeated without you being seen again.
Requests may be:
· Done in person at the surgery
· E-mailed:

Please nominate either Yate Family Pharmacy here at
Kennedy Way Surgery, Boots, Lloyds (Yate), Lloyds
(Chipping Sodbury), Lloyds (Courtside), Abbotswood,
Tesco (Yate) or Boots Westgate Centre or North Yate
Pharmacy who will collect your prescription from the
surgery. You should then collect your medication from
the Pharmacy. It will be ready for collection, 2
WORKING DAYS after we have received the request.
