Childhood Care
Please book an appointment for your baby's six-week check with the Doctor who looked after you during your pregnancy. Child Health Clinics are then held weekly when each child is checked to be developing normally and remaining well. These are held by Health Visitors:
TUESDAY
2 - 3.30 pm
Yate Health Centre
>3 months age
A Childhood Immunisation Clinic is held Friday 1.30 pm for all routine immunisations. Our immunisation clerk will advise you when immunisations are due. We encourage childhood immunisations against serious diseases. If you need further information about immunisations please speak to your GP, Health Visitor or Practice Nurse.
