Childhood Care
Your baby's six-eight week check which will be carried out at your post-natal. Child Health Clinics are then held weekly when each child is checked to be developing normally and remaining well. These are held by Health Visitors:
TUESDAY
2 - 3.30 pm
Yate Westgate Centre
>3 months age
A Childhood Immunisation Clinic is held on Thursday at 1.30 pm for all routine immunisations. Our immunisation clerk will advise you when immunisations are due. We encourage childhood immunisations against serious diseases. If you need further information about immunisations please speak to your GP, Health Visitor or Practice Nurse.
