Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are for medication which the Doctor has agreed may be repeated without you being seen again.

To request one, you may:

Mail (S.A.E if you require reply by post)
Repeat prescriptions are now available to order through the Online Appointments service
Come into the Surgery personally

Please nominate either Boots, Lloyds (Yate), Lloyds (Chipping Sodbury), Lloyds (Courtside), Abbotswood or Alliance Pharmacy who will collect your prescription from the surgery. You should then collect your medication from the Pharmacy.

Please allow 2 WORKING DAYS from the time you request your prescription before collecting from the pharmacy

If you would like your prescription sent to any other pharmacy please provide a S.A.E. addressed to that chemist but make sure you write your name and address on the flap.

Prescriptions will no longer normally be collected from the surgery
