Dr Duncan Goodland

Dr Goodland will be retiring on 6th August.

Before my retirement can I thank everybody for all their expressions of good wishes, cards, thank yous and gifts that I have received over the past few weeks. They are all so much appreciated.

I did my first Surgery in Yate at Christmas 1977 and have not moved far since then except for the occasional trip to Badminton Surgery! May I express my thanks to all the people I have worked with, including many who have now retired over that time and thanks for their help and support. Similarly a big thank you to all patients both present and past, for their patience and in most cases kindness and understanding.

I think a special thank you is deserved by the PPG which we founded in the mid-1980s and I think is still one of the longest still to be going.
