Of interest

It used to take 2 weeks to get an appointment, it is now usually within 2 hours and will always be the same day!
You can call anytime between 8:30am and 4pm to speak to a Doctor who will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to be seen. If possible avoiding first thing Monday morning as this is our busiest time.  If you require a later in the day appointment please do try to phone in earlier in the day as the later appointments are popular.

Online Appointments

You can now view and make Online Appointments. Please click the link for further details on how to use this new online service.

Patient Satisfaction Survey.

We are very pleased with the overall results from this survey especially with how many patients were happy with the same day service and it was pleasing to note that we are usually meeting the 2 hour call back timeframe we have set ourselves, also that patient's are being offered an appointment, if required at a time that is convenient to them.

A couple of the areas we have identified and where we will look to try and make improvements following on from the result of this survey are as follows:

• More advertising of our opening hours and who is in on what day. Also adding a section on our website advising of dates that month when doctors are away on annual leave.

• Offering additional web bookable telephone consultation appointments each day with all of our doctors, which we hope will improve the access to the doctor of your choice.

If you would like to join the Kennedy Way Patient Reference Group please contact the surgery and leave your name and number with a receptionist and someone from the group will get in touch with you.
